Dong Nai’s retail sales reach VND6.1 tril in August

Dong Nai's retail sales estimated at VND6.1 bil in August

(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s retail sales of goods and services is estimated to reach VND6.1 trillion, 3 percent month-on-month increase. Accordingly, the trade and tourist sectors up 3 percent, the service and hotel- restaurant sectors up 3.4 percent.   

The August figure brings the province’s total Jan-Aug retail sales to over VND44.6 billion, an increase of 24.7 percent against the same period of last year, achieving 65 percent of the year’s target. Particularly, the service sector registered the highest growth of 26.3%, followed by trade sector with 24.6%; the increased figures for the tourist and hotel- restaurant sectors were 24 percent and 23.7 per cent, respectively.
