At the meeting, Mr. Yasutaka Nasu thanked the province’s authorities and leaders for willing to assist Japanese investors and create favorable conditions for them to do business effectively in the province in the past time. He said that there are more than 1,000 Japanese businesses currently investing in Vietnam and Dong Nai has become one of the most attractive destinations in the country for Japanese investors.

Vice Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai informed that Dong Nai’s industrial parks have so far attracted 97 Japanese invested projects worth nearly US$2 billion. Thai also vowed that the provincial government will be willing to create favorable conditions for Japanese businesses to invest in projects throughout the province. He took the chance to express his admiration for great resilience and spirit the Japanese people have shown throughout the very difficult period.
