(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s consumer price index (CPI) in May saw a jump of 2.23 percent over April and 11.28 percent over the last December, according to Department of Industry and Trade.
Out of the eleven listed groups of consumer goods, the group of transportation recorded the highest increase rate of 3.62 percent.
This was followed by food and restaurant services at 3.03 percent, and the group of housing, electricity, water, fuel supply and construction materials at 2.7 percent.
Other groups saw a slight increase; education, 0.12 percent, household tools, 1.53 percent, and post-office service decreased 1.69 percent.
Last month, the index increased by 2.98 percent over March.
