The figure accounted for 17.78 percent of total outstanding loans in the province, an increase of 8.13 percent compared to the end of June when the Decree 41/2010/ND-CP on new credit policies for agricultural and rural development took effect.
In this period, the state commercial banks in Dong Nai disbursed VND4,740 billion worth of loans for agricultural development projects in the province.
