(ĐN)- Bien Hoa- Tri An Sugar Company announced at its customer meeting late last week that local farmers, who sign supply contracts with the company, would receive a credit worth VND 15 million to VND 20 million per hectare of sugarcane planted in the province per household.
The company provided financial support of almost VND 43 billion including nearly VND 6 billion in non-refundable aid to local sugarcane growers in the 2009-2010 crop.
The company plans to provide capital to aid local farmers to grow sugarcane in more than 3,000 hectares of land in the 2010-2011 crop.
