(ĐN)- According to the report, despite a number of difficulties due to the impact of the global economic downturn and high inflation rate, state budget collection and spending in Dong Nai showed encouraging results over the first half of this year.
Particularly, budget collection in Jan-June reached nearly VND8.3 trillion, accounting for 57 percent of the yearly forecast, up 25 percent year-on-year increase. The increase was attributed to a rise in domestic collection of 26 percent and collection from import-export activities of 25 percent.
In the first six months, Dong Nai spent over VND2.3 trillion from the local budget, or 41 percent of this year’s estimate.
