Long Hung – Long Thanh Ecological urban area started construction

Investors present a symbolic check worth VND20 bil to Long Hung commune

’s southern region and the world’s 122nd May Day, Dong Nai Agriculture Sercive Cooperative Alliance (DonaCoop) held a ground-breaking ceremony to start construction of Long Hung – Long Thanh ecological urban area on May 1. The ceremony saw the presence of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Bui Xuan Khu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot. The project is a joint venture among DonaCoop, An Phu Long JSC, Vina Capital and Singaporean Keppel Land, with a total investment capital of nearly $1.3 billion. It covers an area of 671 hectares in Long Thanh district’s Long Hung commune.

On this occasion, the investors donated VND20 billion to Long Hung commune to build the communes office and dispensaries.
