Sacom’s VND2.2 trillion resort project kicked off

(ĐN)- Saigon Cable and Telecommunication Materials Company (Sacom) is planning to develop the Sacom Resort on 267 hectares in the Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Zone at a total cost of VND2.2 trillion.

(ĐN)- Saigon Cable and Telecommunication Materials Company (Sacom) is planning to develop the Sacom Resort on 267 hectares in the Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Zone at a total cost of VND2.2 trillion. The resort will comprise a five-star hotel, a 58 ha resort, a luxury villa area, an entertainment area, and a golf course.

 

The project got the green light from The government of Lam Dong Province last year, it is designed and constructed by Ekistics Group of Canada and VNCC under Ministry of Construction, said General Director of Sacom Do Van Trac.

 

The project is expected to start on June, 2008 and be completed by 2012. The resort will create jobs for around 1,500 local laborers.
