Bien Hoa city encourages enterprises to invest in trade and service fields

(ĐN)- At press conference on April 14 with representatives of central and local press agencies, Chairman of Bien Hoa city People Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong reported the situation of social - economic development of Bien Hoa city in the first quarter of this year. He emphasized that Bien Hoa would pave the way for the enterprises to invest in trade and service fields.

In the first quarter of 2006, Bien Hoa city’s gross domestic product (GDP) estimated to reach VND2.679 billion; it achieved GDP growth of 14.89 percent.

Presently, the city’s leaders is encouraging foreign and domestic enterprises to invest in trade and service projects in the city.
