Dong Nai to create a favourable environment for growth and expansion of local businesses

(ĐN)-The first-ever ceremony to honor Dong Nai province’s outstanding businesses was held at the provincial meeting-hall on October 12.

(ĐN)-The first-ever ceremony to honor Dong Nai province’s outstanding businesses was held at the provincial meeting-hall on October 12. The ceremony was attended by the provincial Party Committee Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Nong Quoc Tuan, Executive Vice-President of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Doan Duy Khuong, representatives from Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Industry, Central Emulation Awards Committee, Vietnam Young Business Association, Directors and Chairmen from 300 outstanding businesses throughout the province.

To date, there are approximately 5000 businesses in Dong Nai. From among such businesses, 7 units and 2 individuals have received the Labour Hero title in the renovation process conferred by State. The number of the individually-owned business in the province is 3,879 individual enterprises with total registered capital of 9,360 billion VND. 40000 people are employed by these private enterprises. They provide local support for contributions and community relations activities.

Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh took advantage of this occasion to congratulate all businesses operating in Dong Nai most warmly on their achievements and hope they to respect the law and build prestige for their product quality. He also said that local government will create the most favorable conditions for businesses to enhance their competitiveness in international markets.

On this occasion, the Provincial People’s Committee commended and rewarded 17 most outstanding businesses including two young businesses.
