A crumb rubber processing facility was put into operation on October 12 at Xuan Lap Rubber Plant by Dong Nai Rubber Company (Donaruco). This facility was recently rebuilt at a cost of VND 14 billion. Investment occurred mainly in the technologically backward. This upgrading enhances capacity to 1.8 tones per hour in order to meet increasing market demands. The annual production capacity will be 5,000 -7,000 tones.The upgrade helps Donaruco improve product quality, reduce the labor intensity and working hour, minimize air pollution while saving energy costs.
