(ĐN)- Dong Tien Garment company held the seventh Trade union representative congress tenure 2005-2008 on September 25. At the congress, discussion focussed on rasing living standards of the company’s employees.
In the past tenure, the company’s trade union itensified the emulation movements to uphold initiatives, improve technology implementation and product quality, raise labour productivity, increase cost savings, reduce production cost…. As a result, the emulation movements benefit Dong Tien company. Increasingly, this helps promote sustainable business development in the company and stabilize the production. Dong Tien’s per capita income is about 1.4 million VND per month.
At the Congress, the company’s trade union set the target for the 2005-2008 tenure. Accordingly, Dong Tien’s turnover and profits will raise about 10% a year and the average monthly per-capita income reach 1.6 - 2 million VND.
