Three Dong Nai farmers honored as "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers in 40 Years of Renovation”

Luong Quoc Doan, Member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Union Central Committee, on September 4 signed a decision to confer the title of "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers in 40 Years of Renovation" for 2026, together with certificates of merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, on 96 outstanding farmers from 34 provinces and cities.

On August 6, the final selection council convenes to evaluate and select the "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers in 40 Years of Renovation" for 2026.

Dong Nai is honored to have three farmers who received the title: Le Van Quyet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Long Thanh Phat High-Tech Agricultural Cooperative in Long Thanh Ward; Nguyen Viet Vi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Phuoc Thien Trade and Service Cooperative in Tan Quan Commune; and Dang Tuong Khanh, Director of Ca Cao Trong Duc Co., Ltd. in Phu Hoa Commune.

The three are outstanding farmers who have made significant contributions to production, business, agricultural economic development, and local community building. They have also boldly renewed their thinking, applied science and technology, and developed efficient and sustainable production models.

The "Outstanding Vietnamese Farmers in 40 Years of Renovation" title for 2026 recognizes outstanding farmers with notable achievements in labor, production, and business who have made positive contributions to the community and socio-economic development.

The award ceremony honoring the 96 farmers will be held in mid-October 2026 as part of the "Pride of Vietnamese Farmers" program series.
