Over 12,000 social housing units under construction in Dong Nai

As of July 1, 2026, 19 social housing projects with more than 12,000 apartments were under construction across Dong Nai City, according to the Department of Construction.

Many large-scale projects are concentrated in the city's industrial and urban development areas. Notable examples include a project in Ho Nai ward with nearly 1,400 apartments, two projects in Phuoc An commune with more than 3,000 apartments, a project in Nhon Trach ward with more than 1,100 apartments, and Phase 1 of a project in Long Binh ward with 1,000 apartments. These projects are expected to help Dong Nai meet the Government-assigned target of completing more than 8,000 apartments in 2026 and achieve its goal of developing at least 67,000 social housing apartments by 2030.

In addition, the projects will help meet the housing needs of low-income residents in industrial parks and urban areas, while creating fresh momentum for investment attraction and sustainable socio-economic development.
