Special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign rolled out across Dong Nai

On June 2, localities across Dong Nai City held conferences to implement Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the City Party Committee (CPC)’s Executive Board, launching the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed “Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai,” while continuing to sustain and improve implementation quality until 2030.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Thi Cat Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the ward People's Council, emphasized that Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU holds special significance during this period, as the locality is focusing on achieving its development goals after one year of operating under the two-tier local government model. This is not merely an emulation movement but also an imperative of action, creating new momentum for the entire political system to remain determined to successfully fulfill the goals and tasks of the term.

The Secretary of the ward Party Committee requested that Party cells, agencies, and units urgently develop specific action programs and plans; use task performance results as a basis for evaluating officials, Party members, and heads of units; accelerate administrative reform and digital transformation; promote the exemplary role of officials and Party members, particularly those in leadership positions; and strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure that policies and resolutions are implemented effectively and put into practice.

The conference marked an important starting point for the widespread implementation of the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign in Xuan Loc ward, contributing to the development of a team of responsible, disciplined, and professional officials; the building an administration in service of the people; with the determination to successfully achieve socio-economic development, national defense, and security goals while building an increasingly civilized and modern Xuan Loc ward.

The emulation campaign is being implemented to create strong, synchronized, and substantive changes in the awareness, responsibility, and actions of the entire political system; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, direction, and administration; accelerate administrative reform and digital transformation; remove bottlenecks in socio-economic development; and improve service quality for citizens and businesses.

At the conference, Bui Quoc The, Chairman of the Bao Vinh ward People's Committee, pledged to respond to the emulation campaign with high political determination, considering it a key task for creating a strong transformation in local socio-economic development.

The ward People's Committee was committed to strictly enforcing administrative discipline and order; innovating management methods based on specific goals, timelines, products, and results; implementing the "six-clear" principle; striving to ensure that more than 98% of assigned tasks are completed on schedule; reducing overdue administrative dossiers by more than 70% compared with 2025; and preventing the shifting of responsibilities.

At the same time, the ward People's Committee registered to carry out three tasks: completing the upgrade and repair of four key roads in the area, including Ham Nghi, Nguyen Trung Truc, Thanh Thai, and Tran Nhan Tong, before September 2027; expanding the centralized clean water supply system, with the goal of completing 19 clean water pipelines with a total length of 16.78 kilometers by September 2027 to serve approximately 1,040 households and increase the proportion of residents using clean water to 90%; and effectively implementing administrative reform, ensuring that 100% of administrative procedures are received and processed in the electronic environment.
