The Department of Construction has announced the sale of nearly 1,400 social housing apartments under the social housing project on the 2.85-hectare site in Ho Nai ward, Dong Nai city.

The project comprises nearly 1,400 apartments, with floor areas ranging from 40 to 76 square meters per unit. The average selling price is approximately 25.6 million VND per square meter of usable area, including value-added tax but excluding maintenance fees and apartment management and operation fees.
Applications to purchase the apartments will be accepted from July 10 to August 10, 2026.
The project broke ground in September 2025. According to the developer, the project is being developed under a Singapore-standard social housing model and integrates amenities including schools, a swimming pool, a park, a sports area, a children's playground, and a commercial service area.

Between now and 2030, Dong Nai aims to develop at least 67,000 social housing units, exceeding the target assigned to the city by the Central Government. The addition of social housing supply to the market at this time will contribute to achieving the established targets and help meet the housing needs of workers in industrial zones and other eligible groups in the area.
