In recent years, Nhon Trach has steadily affirmed its strategic role within the regional connectivity network. A series of key transport projects have been vigorously implemented, including Route 25C, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, as well as Cat Lai Bridge, Phuoc Khanh Bridge, and Nhon Trach – Thu Thiem Bridge. As these projects take shape, connectivity is improving significantly. Distances to major economic hubs are being shortened, while new development space is opening up. Consequently, Nhon Trach is emerging as a focal point for trade, logistics, and aviation-related services in the region.

Meanwhile, the Phuoc An General Port project, one of the region’s major deep-water ports, is being developed in a synchronized manner, creating a breakthrough in logistics development. Once completed, the port will be directly linked to the Cai Mep – Thi Vai port cluster and Long Thanh airport, forming an integrated transport chain across road, waterway, and air routes. This convergence is expected to position Nhon Trach as a new economic growth axis in southern Vietnam.
