Comrade Nguyen Van Ut noted that 2026 marks the first year implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and the 14th National Party Congress. It will serve as a foundation for the province’s next stage of development. In the context of complex situations across the globe and region, building a strong all-people national defense associated with the people’s security posture is increasingly important. Therefore, the work of recruitment and calling citizens to perform military service is not only an annual task but also the responsibility of the entire political system and society.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee also praised the Military Service Councils at all levels for effectively advising and organizing recruitment in a transparent, democratic, and lawful manner, and expressed deep gratitude to families for encouraging their children to enthusiastically enlist.

Comrade Nguyen Van Ut particularly especially commended Dong Nai’s young people who have put on military uniforms, being ready to follow the heroic traditions of their homeland and previous generations. The military and public security forces, he said, are “great schools” for young people to train, grow, and mature.
The provincial leader believed the youths will maintain strong political resolve, absolute loyalty to the Party and the people, continuously study and improve themselves, unite, and uphold the noble qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers” and the People’s Public Security tradition of “ "For the sake of the country and people, forget yourself". In any position, they will always be proud sons of heroic Dong Nai - united, compassionate, and responsible.
