The dissemination of election-related information among workers is closely following the directive motto of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Election Committee: going to every alley, knocking on every door and meeting every person. Every voter must clearly understand the Election Law, information about the candidates, and be ready to exercise their civic rights to elect qualified and capable representatives for the NA and People’s Councils at all levels in the new term.
Spreading widely from enterprises
At industrial parks, trade union organizations are playing a core role in delivering information about the election to union members and workers. For example, at TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park (Tran Bien ward), the Trade Union has identified election communication and contributions to the successful organization of election day as a key task in the first half of March. The Trade Union has agreed with the company’s management to proactively arrange production schedules in the most reasonable way to allow workers time to exercise their civic rights on election day, March 15.
The atmosphere in anticipation of this major political event is also vibrant at Long Thanh Golf Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Phuoc Tan ward). Although business activities are quite busy, the company’s Party cell and Trade Union still devote special attention to communication among its employees. Lai The Dong, Secretary of the Party cell and Chairman of the Trade Union, shared enthusiastically: “The national election festival only takes place once every five years, so we will encourage all union members to vote early and fully, clearly demonstrating their civic rights and responsibilities, but above all to elect capable and virtuous deputies who will represent voters in the NA and People’s Councils at all levels in the new term”.
Trade unions at all levels have effectively played their role as a bridge, strongly awakening the political responsibility of employees. The workers of Dong Nai will certainly make an important contribution to the great success of the national festival - the election day for deputies to the 16th NA and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The proactive coordination between trade unions and employers has helped workers feel secure in their jobs without worrying about missing this major national event. At Long Khanh Industrial Park, numerous workers are eagerly awaiting March 15 with a strong sense of responsibility. Le Viet Hoang, an employee of ATAD Steel Structure Corporation, shared: “At this time, our unit is working overtime to complete steel components for the Long Thanh International Airport terminal. However, we will have a day off on March 15 to fully exercise our civic rights and obligations, selecting capable and virtuous people to serve as deputies to the NA and People’s Councils at all levels.”
The close attention and responsibility of trade unions and employers toward the upcoming election help workers not only clearly understand their obligation to head to the polls in full but also learn about the candidates in order to choose the most outstanding representatives for the 16th NA and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term. Lam Thi Ngan Ha, who works at YKK Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park, Phuoc An commune), said: “The Trade Union sent us information about the election of deputies to the NA and People’s Councils at all levels through Zalo, including details about the candidates running for seats in our area. I will continue studying carefully the information about each candidate to make a responsible decision on election day”.
“Knocking on the doors” at every rental housing area
Along with the atmosphere in factories and industrial parks ahead of the March 15 election day, local authorities have also intensified direct communication at residential areas with a high concentration of workers. Nguyen Quang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Tan Trieu ward, shared with pride that the ward recently welcomed Politburo member and Chairman of the NA Tran Thanh Man, along with Party Central Committee member, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial NA Delegation Vu Hong Van, who came to inspect Polling Station No. 17 in the ward. During the visit, the NA Chairman emphasized the need for the ward Party Committee to pay special attention to leading and directing election communication for voters, especially workers renting accommodation in the area.
Following this directive, in recent days Tan Trieu ward has continuously strengthened coordination with neighborhood groups and landlords to promote communication efforts about the election, thereby creating a sense of excitement among workers. The ward will continue organizing many mobile communication campaigns before and during election day across all neighborhoods, ensuring that no voter is left behind when March 15 is drawing near.
In the communication efforts for the election of deputies to NA and People’s Councils at all levels, the role of landlords has also been maximized, acting as effective grassroots communicators. A typical example is the rental housing area owned by Pham Ngoc Dong and Le Thi Cam Van (in Neighborhood 29, Long Binh ward), where election-related information has been shared among workers renting rooms in this area.
Sharing about this meaningful activity, Le Thi Cam Van said: “Our rental housing area has 26 tenants. Some people are busy earning a living and they do not have much time to learn about the election, so I explain to them clearly their rights and obligations as voters. On the morning of March 15, my husband and I will knock on each room to remind the workers to hit the polls and fulfill their civic responsibilities”. Meanwhile, Pham Ngoc Dong added: “Our family has been running boarding houses for more than 30 years and has witnessed many elections of deputies to the NA and People’s Councils at all levels. Every time, workers renting rooms here have reached a 100% voter turnout”.
