Fuel prices slashed across the board, with some down nearly 8,000 VND per liter 

On the evening of March 11, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Urgent Dispatch No. 1582/BCT-TTTN on fuel business management. Prices of all fuel products dropped sharply across the board.

In this price adjustment, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance continued to use the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products. Accordingly, E5 RON92 biofuel, RON 95 gasoline, kerosene, and fuel oil were all subject to a fund disbursement level of 4,000 VND per liter, while diesel was set at 5,000 VND per liter.

From 10 p.m., the price of E5 RON92 biofuel decreased by 3,619 VND per liter, to 22,951 VND per liter; RON 95 gasoline decreased by 3,880 VND per liter, with a maximum retail price of 25,240 VND per liter. Diesel price also fell by 4,247 VND per liter, to 26,470 VND per liter. Notably, kerosene fell by 7,966 VND per liter, to 24,419 VND per liter; fuel oil dropped by 5,706 VND per kg, with a maximum retail price of 19,001 VND per kg.
