On the morning of March 2, Inspection Team No. 3 of the Dong Nai Provincial Election Committee, led by Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), conducted an inspection of preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term in the communes of Xuan Dong, Song Ray, Xuan Duong, Xuan Que, and Cam My.

Members of the PPC Standing Board, including Duong Minh Dung, Head of the PPC’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization; and Tran Trung Nhan, Chairman of the PPC’s Inspection Committee, joined the inspection team.
According to reports from the localities, election preparations have been implemented seriously and synchronously, ensuring the planned progress. Publicity work has been intensified through both direct and online formats, with particular attention paid to ethnic minority communities and religious followers, promoting the role of reputable community members in mobilizing voters. Meetings between candidates and voters for election campaigning have been organized according to plan and expected to be completed within the prescribed time frame.

Along with this, the review, compilation, and posting of voter lists have been carried out rigorously, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Polling stations have largely completed decoration, posting of information, and the preparation of facilities and arrangements for voter convenience. At the same time, localities have developed and implemented plans to ensure security, public order, and traffic safety; conducted rehearsals of the election process to proactively handle situations, ensuring that the election takes place safely and in compliance with the law. Localities reported no difficulties or obstacles.

Concluding the session, Deputy Secretary of the PPC Vo Tan Duc affirmed that, based on reports and on-site inspections, preparations have been carried out seriously, proactively, and in accordance with Party regulations, State laws, and guidance from central and provincial authorities. He urged localities to continue promoting achieved results while further enhancing the substantive quality at every stage, ensuring that the entire election process is implemented rigorously and absolutely avoiding formality.

Deputy Secretary of the PPC Vo Tan Duc emphasized that the Party Committee Standing Boards and election committees of the communes must consider election work as a particularly important political task and a top priority, focusing on comprehensive leadership and direction and fully implementing all legally prescribed steps on schedule. In particular, special attention must be paid to the accurate compilation and posting of voter lists without omissions, particularly for temporary residents, workers, the elderly, people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and religious followers; proactive verification and cross-checking of data to minimize technical and administrative errors.
In addition, communication efforts should continue to be tailored to specific target groups; promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; enhance digital transformation applications; proactively guide public opinion; and promptly counter misinformation related to the election.

Vo Tan Duc also called for the proactive receipt and resolution of complaints and denunciations at the grassroots level to prevent hotspots from arising; resolutely handling violations of election law; preparing adequate facilities, personnel, funding, and contingency plans; and strengthening the coordination among relevant forces to ensure absolute security, safety, and cybersecurity, thereby contributing to the successful organization of the election.
