Speaking at the gathering, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the PPC and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province, emphasized that Dong Nai, with its strategic location and many development potentials and advantages, plays a driving role in the development of the region. The Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has also set the goal that by 2030 the province must meet the basic criteria of a centrally run city and become a centrally run city before 2035 – a major and challenging objective that requires strong determination and action from the province.
To contribute to achieving this goal, Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the PPC, requested that women’s unions at all levels in the province continue to promote the results achieved and closely follow the political tasks of localities in order to take timely action. At the same time, it is necessary to continue renewing union activities in line with the needs of members and women in the current period. Women’s unions at all levels must take the lead in social welfare programs, building happy families and caring for the mental health of women and girls; encourage and support women to start their own business and develop family economy; and improve the quality of union officials while building strong union organizations.
