On February 15, Nguyen Duc Lenh, Deputy Director of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV)’s Region 2 branch, announced: As of the end of January 2026, the total outstanding credit in Dong Nai province reached 600.3 trillion VND, an increase of 0.3% compared to the end of 2025. Meanwhile, total capital mobilization reached 482.1 trillion VND, a decrease of 0.7% compared to the end of 2025.

Credit activities continued to well meet the capital needs for production, business, trade - service activities in the first month of 2026 and during the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) in the province. Some credit institutions in the province have implemented specific programs and actions to carry out the plan from the first month of the year. Among them, branches such as Vietcombank Nhon Trach, Agribank Dong Nai, VietinBank Dong Nai... all achieved positive credit growth of over 1% in January 2026.
Nguyen Duc Lenh emphasized: In the past, credit institutions in the province focused credit on production and business sectors, areas that are drivers of economic growth and consistent with the evolving capital needs of businesses. At the same time, banking services developed and well met the service needs of customers to expand and achieve sustainable credit growth.
