On the morning of February 20 (the 4th day of Tet), at Bien Hoa Railway Station (Dong Nai Province), passenger numbers began to increase as people returned to provinces and cities for school and work after the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Horse. Thanks to the coordinated implementation of traffic regulations and the maintenance of security and order, the station area remained clear and free of congestion.
Staff were deployed in the waiting rooms, ticket counters, and at train boarding and alighting points to provide guidance and manage passenger flow effectively. Luggage screening, passenger line-up reminders, and instructions to maintain a safe distance were carried out regularly, helping ensure smooth movement.

Nguyen Thi Hong (from Quang Ngai Province) said, "This year, I returned to Dong Nai early to keep up with the first orders of the year. The station is orderly and not as crowded as I initially feared. Functional forces provided attentive guidance, making disembarking quick and convenient.”

According to observations, in addition to deploying more staff at key posts, the station also coordinated with local authorities to conduct patrols, remind the public to comply with regulations, and prevent pickpocketing and passenger solicitation. Pick-up and drop-off arrangements were managed appropriately, preventing vehicles from stopping or parking in a way that disrupts traffic in the area in front of the station gate.

Dang The Hung, Deputy Head of Bien Hoa Railway Station, said that the unit proactively developed a post-Tet passenger service plan, assigning additional personnel to ticket sales, ticket inspection, and boarding and disembarking guidance, while closely coordinating with local functional forces to ensure security, order, and traffic safety in the station area. As a result, during peak days, passenger pick-up and drop-off operations proceeded smoothly, meeting travel demand.
According to Dang The Hung, besides welcoming a large number of passengers from Northern provinces returning to the city for work and study, from early morning on February 20, Bien Hoa Railway Station also saw many passengers completing procedures to board trains to Central provinces for tourism, making the platform crowded with both arrivals and departures.
