To ensure workers’ material and spiritual well-being during the holiday, trade unions at all levels, local authorities, and businesses have organized a wide range of practical activities, including visits, gift-giving, and “Tet Reunion” programs in localities and industrial parks with large worker populations.
So far, nearly 80,000 gift packages, each including VND 1 million in cash, have been allocated to grassroots units for distribution to workers facing difficulties. The Provincial Labor Federation has also formed delegations to visit localities, enterprises, and boarding houses to offer support and share with workers during the holiday period. In addition, businesses have ensured timely payment of salaries and Tet bonuses, as well as gifts to recognise workers’ contributions over the past year.

According to Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labour Federation, the joint implementation of Tet care activities by trade unions, local authorities, and the business community has played a meaningful role in supporting and encouraging workers to celebrate the traditional Tet in a warm, safe, and meaningful atmosphere.
Through these efforts, trade unions hope that workers will continue to place their trust in and remain committed to enterprises, striving to improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency. This endeavor, in turn, contributes to stable labour relations and promotes the sustainable development of both businesses and the local community.
