In 2025, nearly 142,000 workers receive career counseling

In 2025, career counseling and labor-to-job matching in Dong Nai province delivered positive results, helping workers access employment opportunities while meeting enterprises’ workforce needs. According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the center organized 15 job fairs during the year and provided career counseling and labor market information to nearly 142,000 workers. Almost 58,000 unemployed people receiving unemployment benefits were also supported with career orientation and assistance in finding suitable job opportunities. In 2026, the center plans to strengthen coordination with local authorities and vocational training institutions to improve the effectiveness of labor supply-demand matching through career counseling and job placement.
