On the first day, 13 buses carried over 500 workers back to their hometowns in central and northern provinces for Tet. Many workers were deeply moved because this was their first time celebrating Tet with their families after years of working far from home. Most of these workers were from underprivileged families and had spent a long time away working to earn a living, unable to return home for years. Thanks to these special Tet buses, they expressed their excitement and joy.

In particular, to support workers returning home for Tet in difficult circumstances, the "Tet Reunion – Spring 2026" bus trip has become a long-standing tradition. Over the years, the Dong Nai Federation of Labor has stood out for its meaningful and humane initiatives, including providing free bus tickets to workers.
“Provincial leaders and trade unions hope that the 'Tet Reunion – Spring 2026' bus trip will be a journey of love, carrying warmth and care as the new spring approaches, so that union members, workers, and their families can enjoy a truly meaningful and fulfilling Tet holiday. At the same time, we hope workers will return to Dong Nai soon to continue contributing to the development of the locality and the country,” emphasized Ha Anh Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province.
