Accordingly, provincial-level departments, agencies and sectors, People’s Committees of communes and wards and relevant agencies and units are required to closely monitor supply-demand developments and market prices for goods and services under their respective areas of management, particularly essential items that directly serve residents’ needs.

They are tasked with promptly handling issues within their competence, adopting measures to regulate and support the circulation of goods suitably when demand rises sharply, as well as simultaneously proposing price stabilization solutions in case of abnormal market fluctuations in accordance with regulations.

Regular enforcement of price listing and price declaration, as well as inspections of compliance with laws related to pricing, taxation, fees, and charges, has been emphasized. Violations are to be promptly handled.

The Department of Finance is tasked with managing state budget expenditures strictly, effectively, and economically; coordinating the monitoring of market price fluctuations before, during, and after Tet; coordinating with relevant units to strictly, thoroughly, and effectively implement efforts to combat smuggling, counterfeit goods, and trade fraud; preventing revenue loss, tax fraud, and reducing tax arrears.

The Provincial Border Guard Command is assigned to tighten inspections of goods at border gates, coordinating anti-smuggling operations, counterfeit goods, and trade fraud. The Provincial Statistics Office must provide information on supply-demand conditions and market price indices. The Customs Sub-Department of Region XVIII should prioritize customs clearance and cargo release, enhancing inspection and control measures while coordinating efforts to prevent and combat smuggling, trade fraud, and counterfeit goods. The State Reserve Sub-Department of Region II is required to strictly control trading prices and costs related to national reserve goods, organizing their release of reserve goods in line with decisions by the Minister of Finance.

The Dong Nai Tax Department is responsible for managing tax declarations and payments; strengthening inspections to prevent tax revenue loss, managing invoices, and coordinating in handling acts of smuggling, tax evasion, and tax fraud. State Treasury of Region XVII is in charge of ensuring payment and disbursement of state budget expenditures in accordance with regulations.
