To encourage workers, company leaders and trade union officials visited each production workshop for early-year greetings and distributed lucky money of 500,000 VND per person to all workers and employees. For seven consecutive working days, including the reopening day, the company continued to give lucky money of 700,000 VND per person. In total, the lucky money came to nearly 3 billion VND.
The company currently employs nearly 2,500 workers. Many employees expressed happiness and appreciation upon receiving timely care shown by the company’s leadership on the first working day of the year.
