On February 2, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Dong Nai Province, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and the Institute for Cultural Development and Community Health Care organized the 9th “Warm Spring – Sharing Tet” program. Gifts were presented to poor households, policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged people, and underprivileged students who have overcome difficulties to achieve good academic results, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, in remote and border communes of Dong Nai Province.
Attending the program were National Assembly Deputy Nguyen Tuan Anh of Dong Nai Province, Standing Deputy Head of the National Assembly's Committee for Deputies Affairs, along with leaders of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of agencies, enterprises, and benefactors.
The delegation delivered gifts to residents in the communes of Loc Hung, Loc Ninh, Loc Thanh (Lộc Thành), Loc Tan, Loc Thanh (Lộc Thạnh), Loc Quang, Thien Hung, Tan Tien, Hung Phuoc, Phu Nghia, Da Kia, Dak O, and Bu Gia Map.

During the program, Deputy Nguyen Tuan Anh warmly inquired about the living conditions of locals and presented gifts to poor households, policy families, and disadvantaged people. He also awarded bicycles to underprivileged students who have excelled despite hardship.

“Warm Spring – Sharing Tet” is an annual program with profound humanitarian significance, held every Lunar New Year. Through visits and gift-giving activities, the program provides encouragement and support to disadvantaged families, helping them celebrate a warmer, more fulfilling Tet holiday.
For the 2026 Lunar New Year, two delegations were formed to visit and deliver more than 2,200 gift packages and 55 bicycles in 22 northern communes and wards of Dong Nai Province, with a total budget exceeding 1.3 billion VND. The funding was mobilized by Deputy Nguyen Tuan Anh and Deputy Huynh Thanh Chung, Chairman of the Board and General Director of Hai Vuong Production – Construction – Trade – and Agriculture JSC (SIKICO), together with the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and sponsoring organizations and enterprises.
As a long-time supporter of the program, Deputy Nguyen Tuan Anh emphasized that every contribution reflects the community’s care for those still facing hardship and provides additional resources so that families can enjoy a more joyful, warm traditional Tet. He also extended New Year wishes to residents in the locality and expressed gratitude to local Party committees and authorities for their cooperation and support.

Activities to support poor households, policy beneficiary families, disadvantaged people, and underprivileged students who have overcome difficulties to achieve good academic results demonstrate the care and responsibility of National Assembly deputies toward the people. At the same time, they help spread the spirit of sharing and strengthen public trust in the Party and the State's companionship in social welfare efforts, contributing to a more joyful and warm Tet holiday.
On the afternoon of February 2, within the framework of the 9th “Warm Spring – Sharing Tet” Program, National Assembly Deputy Huynh Thanh Chung of Dong Nai Province, Chairman of the Board and General Director of Hai Vuong Production–Construction–Trade–and Agriculture Joint Stock Company, attended the program in the communes of Tan Quan, Tan Hung, Tan Khai, and Minh Duc.

At the gift-giving sites, Deputy Huynh Thanh Chung extended New Year greetings and best wishes for good health to residents in the locality, expressing his hope that they would enjoy a safe, warm, and joyful Tet holiday.

In Tan Quan Commune, the organizers presented 200 gift packages to poor households, policy beneficiary families, and disadvantaged people in Tan Quan and Tan Hung. In Tan Khai Commune, the working delegation delivered another 200 gift packages to struggling households in Tan Khai and Minh Duc. Each gift package was valued at 500,000 VND, including cash and essential goods.
Also on the afternoon of February 2, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Dong Nai Province, in coordination with the provincial Labour Federation, visited and presented Tet gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances at Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park.
Attending the event were Deputy Huynh Thanh Chung, Chairman of the Board and General Director of Hai Vuong Production–Construction–Trade–and Agriculture Joint Stock Company, and Nguyen Duc Thang, Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Labour Federation.

At the program, the organizers distributed 100 gift packages to disadvantaged workers employed at Minh Hung – Sikico Industrial Park. Each package was worth 1.3 million VND, including 1 million VND in cash and 300,000 VND in goods.
The entire budget was mobilized by National Assembly delegate Nguyen Tuan Anh, Standing Deputy Head of the National Assembly's Committee for Deputies Affairs, who secured support for 50 packages from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour. National Assembly delegate Huynh Thanh Chung contributed the remaining 50 packages.
