Loving Spring, happy Tet with young workers

On the evening of January 27, the Provincial Youth Federation, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Dong Nai Children’s House, in coordination with the Ward-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Tan Trieu ward Youth Union, and Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., organized the program “Loving Spring, Happy Tet with Young Workers” in 2026.

Speaking at the program, Phan The Cong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and Chairman of the Provincial Youth Federation, emphasized that Dong Nai is one of the country’s leading localities in industrial development, attracting a large workforce from across the country to live and work. Caring for the material and spiritual well-being of young workers and employees in enterprises is an investment in development and a fundamental solution that helps workers feel secure in staying with businesses, thereby improving labor productivity, quality, and the competitiveness of the economy.

In recent years, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Federation have continuously renewed their content and operational methods, implementing numerous practical programs to accompany, support, and comprehensively care for union members and young workers.

This initiative includes the program “Loving Spring, Happy Tet with Young Workers” in 2026. Through the program, the role and responsibility of the Youth Union and Youth Federation in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of young workers are clearly demonstrated. Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Federation hope that the program will serve as a practical source of encouragement, helping young workers enjoy a warm and fulfilling Lunar New Year, and continue to strive in labor and creativity, making positive contributions to the overall development of enterprises and Dong Nai province in the new period.

During the program, the organizers presented 200 gift packages to children of young workers and employees from disadvantaged backgrounds, and 200 gift packages to young workers and laborers working at Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., as well as households in difficult circumstances in Tan Trieu ward.

Earlier that afternoon, before the program “Loving Spring, Happy Tet with Young Workers” took place, children in Tan Trieu ward participated in traditional folk games for prizes organized by the Dong Nai Children’s House. In addition, young workers, employees, children, and residents in the locality attending the program enjoyed vibrant cultural performances celebrating the Party and the Spring season, presented by youth union members, young workers, and employees of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd.
