Tran Dang Ninh, Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation: Dong Nai will embrace new development opportunities

“In 2026, with the completion of Phase 1 of Long Thanh International Airport, Dong Nai is expected to gain numerous new development opportunities. “I am confident that new mechanisms and policies will be introduced, creating favorable conditions for businesses in production and trade while also focusing on the livelihoods and employment of workers. In addition, the initiation and implementation of key projects will provide momentum for the province’s development in the coming period, contributing to the improvement of people’s quality of life.”

Ngo Quang Chinh, Director of Quang An Technology Co., Ltd. (Tam Hiep ward): Facilitating businesses to gain access to preferential loans

“Dong Nai is orienting its development toward modern industry, high-quality services, logistics, and smart urban areas linked to Long Thanh Airport and strategic transport routes. “This presents a significant opportunity for our company to expand investment, participate more deeply in supply chains, innovate our business model toward green and sustainable practices, and firmly apply science and technology.

As a business operating in the service sector, I hope for greater facilitation in accessing financing for operations. Supportive policies on credit, bank-business connections, and the development of funds for small and medium-sized enterprises and innovative businesses in line with the spirit of the first Party Congress resolution of the provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, are essential.

Administrative reforms and efforts to improve the investment and business environment under the motto ‘Enabling government standing side by side with businesses’ are being actively promoted across the province. Coupled with streamlined procedures, shortened processing times, and enhanced digital transformation in state management, these measures will help reduce costs, build trust, and provide strong motivation for business development.”

Nguyen Minh Tam, Party Secretary of Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (An Vien commune): Focusing on labor market development

“Dong Nai is a province with sustainable industrial growth, particularly in manufacturing and logistics. “The robust development of industrial zones is expected to create more stable jobs and better income opportunities for local workers. However, the current labor shortage in many enterprises is limiting their ability to expand production. I hope the authorities will place greater emphasis on supporting businesses in adapting to digital transformation, expanding the labor market, and enhancing competitiveness. Economic growth should go hand in hand with the development of a well-coordinated and effective labor market.”

Mac Thi Thanh Binh, retired official (Neighborhood 2, Chon Thanh ward): Continuing to improve social welfare policies

“Entering the New Year 2026, I am hopeful for comprehensive and sustainable development of Dong Nai province. In particular, strong application of science, technology, and digital transformation will facilitate faster access to public services for residents and businesses, simplify administrative procedures, enhance production and business efficiency, promote innovation, expand markets, and improve quality of life. At the same time, the province should continue to focus on refining mechanisms and policies, particularly social welfare policies, while promoting the distinctive humanitarian values of the local community.”

Ho Trong Tan (Thuan Tien hamlet, Thuan Loi commune): Hopes for the prompt completion of ongoing construction projects

“Since the provincial merger, residents’ lives have seen significant improvements. Households in difficult circumstances have received greater support, infrastructure has been invested in and developed, and administrative procedures have been streamlined. These initial achievements are positive signals, laying the foundation for the effective implementation of government policies and contributing to the improvements in people’s living standards. I hope that in the New Year 2026, ongoing construction projects in the area will be promptly completed, particularly roadways that improve connectivity and facilitate travel and trade for residents.”

Nguyen Thi Minh (Bien Hoa ward, Dong Nai province): Hopes for improved quality of life for residents

“Entering 2026, the citizens of Dong Nai hold high hopes for a new, more stable phase of development, with improved quality of life and continued socio-economic growth. At the same time, long-term social welfare policies are expected to help the poor and the vulnerable overcome challenges. We trust in the decisive, transparent, and people-centered leadership of authorities at all levels. The partnership between the State and the people, combined with a spirit of innovation, creativity, and community responsibility, will be a key driver for Dong Nai’s continued progress.”

Ngo Ngoc Ha Hue Huong (Phu Vinh commune): Expectations for economic growth

“What people wish for most in the New Year is a more stable economy, improved income, and more sustainable employment. When the economy grows vigorously, businesses operate efficiently, and workers have stable jobs, residents can feel secure, focus on their families, and contribute to society.

I hope the province will continue to make clear and positive progress in social welfare, healthcare, and education. Another important expectation is that transport infrastructure and urban development across the province will be further invested in and synchronized. The New Year should bring more public works, creating additional community spaces.

People also place high hopes on a service-oriented, transparent, and people-centered administration. Streamlined administrative procedures and the effective use of digital technology will help residents save time and reduce costs while strengthening trust in the authorities.

Entering the New Year, with confidence placed in the Party’s leadership, the State’s governance, and the collective will of society, I look forward to the continued stable development of the country and the province, with an increasingly prosperous and happy life for the people.”

Vi Thi Thao Trang (Youth Union member in Phu Trung neighborhood, Binh Long ward): More favorable conditions are expected for Youth Union members and young people to study and develop.

“My greatest hope for 2026 is for the country to achieve further development and deeper integration with the international community. At the same time, I hope that Dong Nai province will continue to provide favorable conditions for Youth Union members and young people to study, train, and actively participate in the Youth Union's activities and movements. Through these opportunities, the pioneering role of young people can be fully promoted in the context of rapid scientific, technological, and digital transformation, contributing to the construction of a more modern and civilized Dong Nai”.
