Dong Nai Provincial Library was established through the merger of the former Binh Phuoc Provincial Library and the former Dong Nai Provincial Library. On September 18, 2025, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1347 on the transfer of surplus public assets, specifically the former headquarters of the Department of Finance in Binh Phuoc ward, to the Dong Nai Provincial Library for use as Branch 2. Currently, Branch 2 houses more than 140,000 books, documents, and newspapers, which are displayed and made available to readers from Sunday to Friday each week.
