Dong Nai participates in workshop on promoting innovation activities in Tay Ninh

On January 16, the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, in coordination with the State Agency for Technology Innovation (SATI) under the Ministry of Science and Technology, organized a scientific workshop entitled “Provincial Innovation Index (PII) – Current Situation and Solutions to Promote Innovation Activities in Tay Ninh province.”

Attending the workshop were Doan Trung Kien, Vice Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial People’s Committee; Chu Thuc Dat, Deputy Director of the State Agency for Technology Innovation; along with leaders of Departments of Science and Technology from provinces and cities across the southern region.

The workshop served not only as a platform for scientific exchange but also as an opportunity for the locality to conduct a comprehensive and objective assessment of the current state of innovation at the local level.

At the event, local leaders, experts, and scientists presented papers and discussed new mechanisms and policies related to innovation and start-up activities; provided an overview of the local-level innovation index framework; offered analyses and evaluations of the provincial innovation index results; and made recommendations for the locality.
