According to a plan of the Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2026), a series of inauguration, groundbreaking, and technical traffic opening ceremonies for five projects will be held simultaneously across Dong Nai province on February 3, 2026.

Specifically, two projects will commence new construction, including the Tin Nghia Primary School project in Binh Loc ward, Dong Nai province, and the Cai River Riverside Road (road section) located in Tran Bien and Tam Hiep wards, Dong Nai province.
In addition, a groundbreaking ceremony will be held for the high-tech livestock farming zone project in Thuan Loi commune, Dong Nai province. This is a large-scale project in terms of land area and total investment, with a planned area of 1,500 hectares and a total investment of approximately VND 30.5 trillion.
Alongside these, two projects will be opened to technical traffic, including the Thong Nhat Bridge project on the Bien Hoa central axis road and the Long Khanh Ring Road No.1 project.
The total investment capital of the five projects scheduled to be launched, broken ground, and opened to technical traffic on February 3, 2026, in the province is nearly VND 33 trillion.
