On the afternoon of January 30, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – 2026) and in preparation for the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse 2026, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc led a working delegation representing the Provincial Party Committee, the People’s Council, the People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai Province to visit and offer Tet greetings to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Long Thanh Commune and Phuoc Thai Commune.

In Long Thanh Commune, the delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mothers Nguyen Thi Ra and Nguyen Thi Hieu. The delegation then proceeded to Phuoc Thai Commune to visit Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Diem. All of the mothers are elderly and in fragile health, with one nearly 100 years old. They currently live with their children and grandchildren and are being carefully cared for and supported.
During the visits, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc and the working delegation warmly asked about the mothers’ health and living conditions, and expressed profound gratitude for their tremendous contributions and sacrifices for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc presented Tet gifts and wished the mothers longevity and happiness with their families. The provincial leaders also requested that local Party committees and authorities continue paying close attention and properly implementing policies and benefits so that the mothers and their families may enjoy a warm, full, and joyful traditional Tet holiday.
