The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (the 14th Party Congress), held in recent days, has attracted the attention of the entire Party, the armed forces, and people. Following the developments of the congress, officials, Party members, and citizens have expressed their joy, expectations, and strong confidence in the policy decisions adopted at the congress, believing that the newly-elected members of 14th-tenure Party Central Committee will lead the country toward strength, prosperity, and development in the new era—the era of the nation’s rise.

Personally, I feel very proud and excited about the successful outcome of the congress. The 14th Party Congress is truly an important historical milestone, marking a strategic transition in the country’s development process and opening a new era—the era of the nation’s rise. I place full confidence in the far-reaching policy decisions that will create momentum for deeper international integration and rapid, sustainable development.

For the community of writers and artists, I am particularly encouraged by the spirit of Politburo Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW on the development of Vietnamese culture (issued on January 7, 2026), which clearly affirms that culture is placed on an equal footing with economics and politics, with people placed at the center, serving as the spiritual foundation and endogenous strength of the nation.

I expect that after the 14th Party Congress, the resolutions and major orientations will soon be concretized through appropriate mechanisms and policies, creating favorable conditions for writers and artists to create, while also inspiring and encouraging the participation of younger generations. The 14th National Party Congress was a great success. Along with people across the country, people from all walks of life in Dong Nai Province are feeling very encouraged and hopeful for a new term marked by many positive changes that will contribute to the overall development of society.

As someone working in the education sector, I hope that the Party and the State will continue to place education as a top priority, with the focus on genuinely improving quality, reducing the obsession with achievements, and easing examination pressure on students. In my view, sustainable reform requires better care for teachers’ livelihoods and working conditions, as well as the reduction of unnecessary administrative procedures so that teachers can devote more time to professional work. In disadvantaged areas, greater investment in facilities and learning equipment is needed to help students from difficult backgrounds improve their learning outcomes. In particular, within the education sector, digital transformation must be implemented in a comprehensive and substantive manner, avoiding formality.

The 14th Party Congress clearly demonstrated a consistent viewpoint on building a contingent of officials who possess sufficient qualities, capabilities, and prestige, commensurate with the tasks required in the new stage of development.
