On the afternoon of January 7, the Party Committee of Tran Bien Ward held a conference to review Party and government organization and development work in 2025 and to outline tasks for 2026. Attending the conference were Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; and Ho Van Nam, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee, and Chairman of the Tran Bien Ward People’s Council.

With strong political determination, following the official implementation of the two-tier local government model in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee focused on stabilizing the organizational structure while setting out synchronized tasks, objectives, and solutions to ensure effective implementation across all sectors. The key achievement of the 1st Tran Bien Ward Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term was the adoption of strategic and breakthrough resolutions for the next five years, particularly in urban planning and renewal.
The report presented at the conference highlights Tran Bien Ward’s outstanding results, with total budget revenue exceeding VND 137 billion, reaching 149% of the provincial target, and total expenditure of more than VND 613 billion, equivalent to 99% of the assigned estimate by the province. Public investment disbursement met set targets, with the ward prioritizing land clearance compensation and resettlement support to accelerate construction progress, especially for key projects. Notably, the project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban–commercial–service complex, combined with environmental improvement, has so far completed compensation and support plans for 355 cases, achieving 100% target. Meanwhile, land clearance for the central arterial road from Vo Thi Sau Street to Dang Van Tron Street has been fully completed, helping to expedite construction and ensure the road is open ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026.
Land and construction management continued to receive close attention, with a focus on the timely processing of construction permit applications in accordance with regulations and strict enforcement against unlicensed or illegal construction activities. Environmental sanitation and the reorganization of sidewalks and roadways were implemented through a comprehensive range of coordinated measures. The cultural and educational sectors were further developed with a focus on improving residents’ spiritual well-being and healthcare. Public security and social order across the ward remained stable and well-maintained.
In the final six months of 2025, Party member development achieved significant results, with 94 new members admitted, exceeding the target by 101%, and 315 probationary members recognized as full Party members. Personnel of the Ward Party Committee’s Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the ward for the 2025–2030 term were also consolidated and strengthened.

In her directive remarks, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Ton Ngoc Hanh acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee and administration in 2025, particularly during the latter half of the year following the implementation of the two-tier local government model. Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh emphasized that, following administrative restructuring, Dong Nai Province now has significant development potential. In which Tran Bien Ward is currently implementing multiple key projects. In recent periods, the ward’s practical land clearance efforts have been highly appreciated by the Provincial Party Committee and the provincial People’s Committee.
“Tran Bien is the political, economic, cultural, and educational–scientific center of the province. Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee place great emphasis on investing in infrastructure, land resources for education and healthcare, digital transformation, digital infrastructure, and the development of the digital economy, commensurate with its role as the province’s central urban area. The ward urged to strengthen environmental management, increase waste treatment rates, develop civilized, spacious, and modern streets and urban spaces, ensure optimal conditions for an urban ward, facilitate private sector growth, boost state budget revenue, and promote innovation-driven startups linked with digital transformation to foster sustainable economic development.” Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh stressed.
Regarding Party building, Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh urged the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to continue prioritizing the development of party members among students, university graduates, and workers. The need to build a comprehensively strong cadre contingent, proactively propose solutions to address local existing challenges, and promptly report to provincial leaders for resolution. These efforts would contribute to Dong Nai Province fundamentally achieving the criteria of a centrally governed city by 2030.
