On January 23, general director Nguyen Thu Thuy of Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company announced that the company had submitted an official document to the competent authorities and publicly released the selling prices for 314 apartments in Blocks C and D of the ID Town social housing complex. The project is part of the planned Residential Area located in Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai Province.

Accordingly, blocks C and D of the project are priced at more than 22 million VND per square meter, including value-added tax (VAT)but excluding maintenance fees, management costs, and condominium operation fees.
The ID Town social housing complex, part of the planned Residential Area in Long Thanh Commune, is developed by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company. It spans more than 2.5 hectares and includes four 7-story apartment blocks with a total of 628 units. This initiative is the first social housing project in Long Thanh Commune, situated within an existing residential area with fully developed infrastructure, amenities, and landscaping.

At present, the project has topped out three buildings, and delivery of apartments to buyers is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
