On the evening of December 26, the People’s Committee of Tran Bien Ward (Dong Nai Province) held the opening ceremony of the first Tran Bien Ward Cultural–Culinary Series of Activities in 2025.

The series of activities takes place from December 25 to 27 at Bien Hung Park, featuring a total of 15 booths. These booths are participated in by mass organizations, schools, and business establishments in the ward, showcasing a wide range of local cuisine, traditional products, and distinctive services of the area.

In particular, the series is enlivened by various contests and cultural performances, exhibitions of traditional products, free folk games, digital transformation booths featuring cashless payment applications, exchanges among cultural, sports, and arts clubs and groups, and calligraphy activities offering characters as gifts. All of these create a vibrant, friendly, and engaging community space.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lam Tan Khai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee, emphasized that the first Tran Bien Ward Cultural–Culinary Series of Activities not only welcomes the 2026 New Year but also serves as an opportunity to honor, introduce, and spread the ward’s distinctive cultural values to residents and visitors. Through this, the program contributes to creating additional healthy cultural and recreational activities, promoting sports movements, fostering local pride, and raising awareness of the importance of preserving cultural identity within the community.

To ensure the activities take place in a joyful, safe, and fulfilling manner, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee called on participating units and residents to join hands in protecting the environment, practicing waste sorting at source, and contributing to the development of Bien Hung Park as a green, clean, beautiful, and civilized public space. The companionship and sense of responsibility of the people serve as an essential foundation for strengthening the great national unity bloc and promoting the continued development of cultural life in residential areas.
