Speaking at the conference, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Tran Bien Ward Party Committee, and Chairman of the Ward People’s Council, Ho Van Nam, highly commended the ward’s efforts in site clearance work for key projects in the area, notably the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway project and the Huong Lo 2 Road project.

Comrade Ho Van Nam called on the entire ward political system to continue adhering to the “six clarities” principle (clear responsibility holders; clear tasks; clear decision-making authority; clear completion timelines; clear resources for implementation; and clear outputs along with accountability for inspection and supervision) and to carry out tasks with a spirit of “daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, daring to innovate, and daring to see things through to the end.” He stressed the need to develop unified plans, minimize repeated adjustments that prolong timelines, and promptly grasp and reflect the legitimate concerns and aspirations of residents.

On this occasion, the leaders of the ward Party Committee and People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to 28 collectives and 69 individuals for their outstanding achievements over two years of implementing compensation, site clearance, support and resettlement work in the ward.
