The Organizing Committee of the 2025 online contest “Learning about digital transformation and administrative reform of Dong Nai Province” has just issued a decision recognizing the results and awarding prizes of the contest.

Accordingly, the Organizing Committee decided to recognize the results and award certificates of merit together with cash prizes to 3 collectives and 22 individuals who achieved outstanding results in the 2025 online contest “Learning about digital transformation and administrative reform of Dong Nai Province”.
Specifically, for the collective category, 3 collective awards for agencies, units, and localities with the largest number of participants and the most effective implementation of the contest belonged to the Provincial Public Security, Binh Phuoc Ward, and Tan Phu Commune.
Regarding the individual category, contestant Nguyen Thi Van Anh from the Vocational Education – Continuing Education Center Area 7 won the first prize in Group 1 (the group for cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, and workers of provincial- and commune/ward-level departments, agencies, sectors, and mass organizations). Contestant Le Van Tu from Tam Phuoc Ward won the first prize in Group 2 (the group for citizens living, studying, and working in the province).
The contest was officially implemented at https://thi.dongnai.gov.vn from 8:00 a.m. on November 28 to 8:00 a.m. on December 9. The test was conducted online, consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions and one supplementary question predicting the total number of contestants participating in the contest, within a maximum time of 15 minutes. Regarding prizes, each group of contestants was awarded 11 prizes (1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 5 consolation prizes).
According to the Organizing Committee, after reviewing data from the online contest software system (https://thi.dongnai.gov.vn), there were more than 14,000 registered contestant accounts with over 21,500 test attempts.
The contest participants were divided into 2 specific groups. Group 1 included cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, and workers of provincial- and commune/ward-level departments, agencies, sectors, and mass organizations (with more than 12,700 participants). Group 2 included citizens living, studying, and working in the province (with more than 1,300 participants).
