These include coordinating with relevant units to advise Party committees and local authorities on the practical implementation of policy credit programs; ensuring the achievement of planned targets for loan growth and capital mobilization from organizations and individuals; and carefully reviewing applicants and their needs to ensure timely disbursement especially for poor and near-poor households, households recently lifted out of poverty, students, social housing beneficiaries, and individuals who have completed prison sentences with the goal of meeting and exceeding the 2025 targets.

The branch is committed to ensuring security and asset safety at commune-level transaction points during both transport and operations. It is also reorganizing and adjusting the management areas of certain transaction offices as needed. Remote inspection and supervision efforts are being strengthened, with a proactive approach to data analysis that enables the prompt detection, correction, and addressing of shortcomings and errors. Additionally, the branch is emphasizing political and ideological education for staff, while promoting awareness of professional ethics and cultivating a strong cultural foundation.
