Nguyen Van Ut serves as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Nguyen Kim Long as its Permanent Deputy Secretary

On the morning of December 1, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee convened a meeting to announce decisions on personnel appointments.

The meeting was attended by senior provincial leaders, including Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council. Also present at the event were Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Nguyen Kim Long, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Le Truong Son, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Truong Thi Huong Binh, Member of the Provincial Party  Standing Committee and Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Thi Hoang, Provincial Party Committee Member and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and Ho Van Ha, Provincial Party Committee Member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, as well as other members of the Provincial People’s Committee Party Executive Committee and Standing Committee.

At the meeting, acting under the authority of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission announced the Provincial Party Standing Committee’s decision on appointing Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee.  He was also designated as Secretary of the Provincial People’s Committee Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

The Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission then announced the Provincial Party Standing Committee’s decision on appointing Nguyen Kim Long, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Following the announcement of the decisions by the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, presented the decisions and congratulatory flowers to Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, on his appointment as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee, and to Nguyen Kim Long, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, on his appointment as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Earlier, the Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2909/QD-UBND, dated November 28, on the assignment of duties for its Chaiman and the Vice Chairmen. Under this decision, Nguyen Kim Long - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee - was assigned to serve as the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
