On the afternoon of December 11, at Mien Dong Innovative Technology University in Dau Giay Commune, the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union and the Dong Nai Student Association held the 2025 Science Research Camp (Station 3) for students in the province. The event drew almost 200 students from Mien Dong Innovative Technology University and the Vietnam National University of Forestry - Dong Nai Campus in Trang Bom Commune.

Under the theme “Dong Nai Students Mastering Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Scientific Research,” students from Mien Dong Innovative Technology University and the Vietnam National University of Forestry – Dong Nai Campus in Trang Bom Commune explored the scientific research process in the era of digital technology and AI. They received guidance on selecting appropriate tools for each stage of the research process. Additionally, the speaker shared practical experience in presenting research topics and applying AI to communicate research findings effectively.
Participating students were also divided into groups to complete action plans for their research projects, covering goal setting, research questions, required data, proposed tools, timelines, and presentation formats. They also engaged in hands-on practice with digital and AI tools to search for materials, suggest chart formats, outline reports, and design the layout of scientific posters.

The sessions enabled students to understand the scientific research process in the context of digital transformation and AI, while learning to use digital and AI tools for literature searches, data processing, visualization, and presenting research results.

* On the morning of the same day, the 2025 Science Research Camp (Station 2) for students in Dong Nai Province was held at Lilama 2 International Technology College in Long Phuoc Commune.
Under the theme “Enhancing Critical Thinking and Scientific Research Skills,” 200 students at Lilama 2 International Technology College explored the topic The Core of Critical Thinking in Academia, gaining a deeper understanding of its nature, importance, and ways to develop critical thinking within an academic environment.
The speaker also guided students on applying critical thinking to refine their scientific research projects. Beyond the theoretical sessions, students practiced peer review of research proposals by presenting their proposals in groups and providing feedback to one another.
The Science Research Camp for Dong Nai students is an annual event designed to foster an academic environment where students can connect, share learning experiences, and engage in scientific research. It also provides participants with foundational knowledge and essential skills in scientific research.
