Launch of Phase 1 of Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park Project

On the morning of December 19, Tran Trung Nhan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and head of its Inspection Commission, together with representatives of several provincial departments, agencies and local authorities, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 1 of the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park infrastructure development and business project in Xuan Que Commune, Dong Nai Province.

Phase 1 of the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park is one of three large-scale industrial parks being implemented by Dong Nai Province, alongside Long Duc 3 Industrial Park and Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, to mark major national milestones while contributing to economic growth and the development of high-tech industries and logistics services in the area surrounding Long Thanh International Airport.

The project is strategically located at the junction of the Dau Giay–Phan Thiet Expressway and Provincial Road 770B, offering direct connectivity to Long Thanh Airport via Provincial Road 769E and the Ring Road 4 corridor. This integrated transport network forms a vital corridor linking industrial parks, urban areas, and agricultural production zones across Dong Nai province, facilitating the smooth flow of goods and enabling rapid access to both domestic and international markets.

Under the master plan, the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park will cover approximately 1,000 hectares in Phase 1, with a total investment of around VND 10 trillion, developed by KN Holdings Group.

The industrial park is envisioned as a hub for advanced manufacturing and next-generation materials, with a focus on intensive, high-value development. Priority will be given to attracting industries with strong spillover effects and advanced technologies, including next-generation supporting industries, precision manufacturing and electronics, electric vehicle and battery production, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, logistics, and industries linked to digital transformation.

Once operational, the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park is expected to attract around USD 12.7 billion in foreign direct investment and create jobs for approximately 80,000–90,000 local workers.
