Dong Nai’s exports to the U.S. reach nearly USD 11 billion

According to the provincial Statistics Office, Dong Nai’s import-export activities in November continued to maintain positive growth momentum. Export turnover in November reached more than USD 3 billion; cumulatively, export earnings over the first 11 months stood at over USD 31.7 billion, up 17.18% compared with the same period last year.

Dong Nai's export structure remains diverse, supported by the growth of key agricultural products, processed and manufactured industrial goods, and electronic products. This contributed significantly to sustaining the province's overall export growth. Several major export items recorded high values, including footwear at over USD 5.2 billion; machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts at USD 3 billion; textiles and garments at more than USD 2 billion; cashew nuts at USD 2.5 billion; computers, electronic products, and components at over USD 2.2 billion; and wood and wooden products at nearly USD 2.5 billion.

Meanwhile, Dong Nai brought in goods worth over USD 22 billion from various countries. The province’s trade balance recorded a surplus of around USD 9.7 billion, with an average monthly surplus of USD 884 million.

In terms of export markets, the United States remains Dong Nai’s largest market, with turnover hitting nearly USD 11 billion, accounting for 34.6% of the province’s total export value.
