During the mid-term period of its fourth tenure (2023–2025), the association has recorded several notable activities, including connecting and supporting members' participation in training programmes, capacity-building courses, information sharing, and market access initiatives for member enterprises. Social welfare and humanitarian charity work have also been key focuses. Over recent years, the association has actively mobilised members to participate in meaningful activities, contributing nearly VND9 billion to initiatives such as the "Thousand Gifts – Sharing Love" programme, disaster relief, the "Surrogate Mothers" programme, and the “Accompanying Border Women” initiative.

At the ceremony, the association officially adopted its charter, which the provincial People Committee had approved. The association is a socio-professional organisation of women entrepreneurs who directly manage, administer, or own businesses operating in fields such as manufacturing, business, services, trade, and technology. Its mission is to bring members together, strengthen solidarity, safeguard members' legitimate rights and interests, provide mutual support for effective operations, and contribute to socio-economic development.
The association also helps create an educational and motivational environment, encouraging women entrepreneurs to participate in national construction and development efforts actively. At the same time, it provides support for members to enhance their managerial and leadership capacities, expand investment cooperation networks, and scale up production and business activities.

To align with the post-merger realities in Dong Nai Province, the association conducted consultations to select 29 members for its Executive Committee. Giang Thi Lan Thu, former Chairwoman of the Binh Phuoc Province Women Entrepreneurs Association and Director of DOPHARCO Medical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, was appointed Chairwoman of the fourth Dong Nai Province Women Entrepreneurs Association following the merger.
In the new phase, the association will continue to strengthen linkages, expand its operational scale, establish additional sub-associations in Dong Nai's southern areas, recruit more members, and build a dynamic and creative contingent of women entrepreneurs. The association aims to contribute actively, alongside the entire political system, to economic development, job creation, and the implementation of social welfare programmes.
