On the afternoon of December 22, Comrade Le Truong Son, Member of the Standing Board of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, held a working session with the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office to review its business performance, postal operations, digital transformation, and the implementation of public administrative services in 2025.
Attending the meeting were representatives from the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, the Dong Nai Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Home Affairs, and the Dong Nai Provincial Social Insurance.

According to Le Thi Ha Nhung, Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office, the organizational structure comprises a management division consisting of the Business Center, Operations Center, Organization and Administration Department, and Finance and Planning Department. At the grassroots level, the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office has established 93 commune-level post offices and 241 service points; operates 10 inter-regional transport routes, 114 inter-commune transport routes, and 478 delivery routes across communes and wards.

Regarding production and business results in 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office operated four core service groups: postal and express delivery, postal financial services, distribution business, and public administrative services. Estimated revenue reached 626.7 billion VND, fulfilling 100% of the 2025 plan; estimated profit reached 20.3 billion VND, also achieving 100% of the annual target; and contributions to the state budget were estimated at 16.6 billion VND. In terms of receiving and returning the results of administrative procedures via public postal services, the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office handled and delivered more than 516.1 thousand administrative dossiers through public postal services during the first 11 months of 2025.

At the meeting, Comrade Le Truong Son requested that the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office continue to build on its achievements and further improve the effectiveness of postal, delivery, and business operations in the coming period. At the same time, the unit was urged to proactively coordinate with departments, sectors, and local authorities to enhance the effectiveness of public administrative services and digital transformation. The Dong Nai Provincial Post Office was also tasked with collaborating with relevant agencies and units to provide materials for the design of a “cashew tree” postage stamp, as requested by Vietnam Post Corporation, thereby serving as an opportunity to promote local products and services in the future.
Provincial leaders acknowledged several proposals and recommendations from the unit while also requesting that relevant departments and sectors coordinate with the Dong Nai Provincial Post Office to review and address existing difficulties and obstacles in its operations, ensuring compliance with applicable authorities and regulations.
