On the afternoon of December 5, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision by the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on cadre affairs in Dong Nai province. The meeting was chaired by Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of Dong Nai’s National Assembly Delegation.
The conference was co-chaired by Ton Ngoc Hanh, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council. Also presiding were Nguyen Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Huynh Thi Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission.
Attending the conference were Trinh The Binh, Member of the Central Inspection Committee; Nguyen Duc Cung, Director of Local Affairs Department II, Office of the Party Central Committee; and Nguyen Manh Hai, Deputy Director of Local Affairs Department 7, Central Inspection Committee. Also present were Nguyen Cong Dan, Deputy Director of Local Affairs Department III, Central Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Affairs, and Nguyen Trinh Hoan from Local Affairs Department III, Central Internal Affairs Commission. The conference was also attended by members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, as well as leaders of the Department of Construction and the Party Committee of Dai Phuoc Commune.

Nguyen Thanh Liem, Deputy Head of the Organization Commission of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, announced the decision by the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat to appoint Nguyen Anh Tuan, Director of the Department of Construction, and Nguyen The Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chair of the People’s Council of Dai Phuoc Commune, to the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Nguyen Anh Tuan previously served as Director of the Department of Construction of the former Binh Phuoc Province before taking up his current post as Director of the Department of Construction of Dong Nai Province.
Nguyen The Phong previously served as Deputy Secretary of the Nhon Trach District Party Committee and Chair of the People’s Committee of the former Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, before assuming his current roles as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chair of the People’s Council of Dai Phuoc Commune.

As of now, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term consists of 71 members.
